Mexican Pizza
Your choice of chicken, pork, beef or vegetables on a whole wheat  tortilla topped with
melted Monterey Jack cheese, tomatoes, jalapeños, lettuce, sour cream & guacamole.

Huevos Rancheros
Two eggs, over easy, on two blue corn tortillas topped with Ranchero Sauce
& served with black beans, sour cream, & rice.

Marinated Chicken Breast
Grilled boneless chicken breast marinated in white wine, onion, garlic & fresh herbs & served
with jalapeño cornbread & a salad with lime cilantro vinaigrette or ranch dressing.

Chicken Taco Salad
A bed of lettuce & fresh veggies topped with seasoned chicken, sour cream & guacamole.

Skilly Burrito
Black beans & rice wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla & topped with Ranchero sauce.
