Breakfast served Saturday 9-12~Sunday 9-2

Queso Blanco Omelet
Ricotta, feta and Monterey Jack cheese filling in a 3 egg omelet topped with Chile Verde
sauce. Served with black beans or Olé browns and wheat toast or English muffin.

Olé Eggs
Two eggs scrambled with green chiles and jack cheese and wrapped in either flour or
corn tortillas, topped with Ranchero sauce. Served with black beans or Olé browns.

Huevos Rancheros
Two eggs, any way you like, served on blue corn tortillas and topped with
Ranchero sauce. Served with black beans or Olé browns.

Huevos del Consortium
Two eggs, any way you like, on a bed of blue corn tortillas, black beans and sour cream
and topped with melted Monterey Jack cheese and Ranchero sauce.

Cafe Breakfast
Two eggs, any way you like, served with Olé browns, bacon strips or
sausage patties and wheat toast or English muffin.

Cakes & Eggs
Two pancakes served with one egg and your choice of bacon strips or sausage patties.

Breakfast Burrito
Two eggs scrambled with Chorizo sausage, Monterey Jack cheese and green chiles
and folded in a flour tortilla and topped with Ranchero sauce. Served with
your choice of black beans or Olé browns.
